    Le sens étymologique est peut-être 'faire revenir', cf. 'iloa' retourner, 'iloti' revenir.
    " ilhuia " est l'applicatif d'une série dont les deux premiers membres sont 'ilihui' et 'iloa', pratiquement inusités et qui signifient quelque chose comme 'retourner' et 'faire retourner'.
    " ihtoa ", dire, est transitif et ne peut avoir comme objet que ce qui est dit; si l'on veut aussi exprimer la personne à qui on le dit il faut employer " ilhuia " qui est bitransitif. Launey Introd 173.
